Hey there! 😊 Every time you ring up a sale through the POS, it gets saved in the iCount system just like a good friend remembering another story. And guess what? It gets tagged with the ‘POS’ label so you can find it super easily in the reports. This also lets you sift through your reports using that label, in case you’re only interested in those sales.
Wanna take a peek at those revenues? You can do that right from your browser in the ‘Document Search’ page or straight from the app.
And here’s a little tip for the POS app users: Click on the menu and tap ‘Sales’. But remember, this report in the app only shows the sales made within the app. So, if you made a sale from another spot (like from your computer’s browser), it’s playing hide and seek and won’t show up here.
When you dive into that sales report, each sale is like an open book. Click on one, and it’ll tell you everything – who shopped, what they got, how much they spent, any sweet discounts you gave them, and how they made the payment.
Oh, and if you ever need to, you can also shoot the document over via email again, print out another copy, or even cancel it. Handy, right?
